remedi operates a dedicated help line. If you have any questions about the suitability of DEEP tens (ENM) for your own condition, we will be happy to advise you. Our help line is also available to offer support and advice to those already using the ENM device.

Although the ENM device is very easy to use for the vast majority of patients, some more complicated conditions may give rise to a need for help and advice. We are often able to advise individuals on slight variations in the way the device is used, which can often make all the difference.
