The precise diagnosis of pain types can be difficult and often the only way to find out if a particular painkiller or therapy works well for you is to try it.  While we expect you to be fully satisfied with your device, we do offer a money back guarantee.  If you feel you are not receiving benefit from your device and have been treating yourself for up to 1 hour at a time for between 10-12 days, then we ask you to please call our Helpline on 01254 611430 as we are often able to provide advice on how to use the device to gain maximum benefit.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your device for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price in full.  This means that you can buy with confidence and can try DEEP tens therapy in your own home.

One year product guarantee

Each ENM device is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase against mechanical and electronic defects.

It should be noted that electrode pads and leads are consumable items and should be replaced on a regular basis to ensure optimum performance of the device.

It is particularly important that the purchaser should carefully read the instructions provided in order to obtain maximum use from the product.

This guarantee is only valid if the device is used solely for the purpose which it was designed for in accordance with the instructions provided and provided that it is not connected to an unsuitable electricity supply, or dismantled or interfered with in any way or damaged through misuse.

Under this guarantee the company undertakes to repair or replace free of charge any parts found to be defective.

Nothing in this guarantee or the instructions relating to the device excludes, restricts or otherwise affects your statutory rights as a consumer under The Sale of Goods Act 1979 or in general against any retailer selling the product to you.

Guarantee cards are not acknowledged, but we ask that you kindly fill in the details on the card and return it as soon as possible so that the date of purchase can be quickly established if service within the guarantee is required.

If a fault occurs, first check that the product is being used correctly, in accordance with the operating instructions.
