Order with confidence. Whilst we expect all our customers to be fully satisfied with their ENM device, we do offer a full money back guarantee.
If a customer feels that they are not receiving benefit from their ENM device and have been treating themselves daily for up to one hour at a time for between 10 & 12 days, we ask them to please telephone us as we may be able to give further advice on how to use the ENM device to gain maximum benefit.
The precise diagnosis of pain types can be very difficult and sometimes the only way to find out if a particular painkiller or therapy works well is to try it. If a customer is still not satisfied with their ENM device, they may return it to us within 30-days of purchase and we will refund their purchase price in full.
Returns and Exchanges - Migra Cap
Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specification are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may occur.
We want you to be utterly delighted with your MIGRA-CAP product. If the MIGRA-CAP you have chosen does not meet your approval, please return to us within 14 days. We will be happy to make a refund or exchange and only ask that you return it unused and in its original packaging.

Once an order has been sent from this site, it is transmitted to us and a confirmation is transmitted to you to acknowledge that the order has been received and a reference number allocated. Shipping
All items shall be dispatched within 2 working days upon receipt of order (provided the goods are in stock). You shall be notified of the estimated time of delivery if the item is temporarily out of stock and if this proves unsuitable, then the order may be cancelled. Deliveries in the UK are normally via Royal Mail. Postage & packing charges are not included in the price given.
Taxes
All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT is charged on all orders unless the VAT exemption form that is sent to you by us when you purchase an ENM device is completed and returned to us. VAT exemption is not available on Vet products.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date (if you choose to pay using this method). This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
